Then after we showed our Groupon and it was redeemed, we were seated. There was almost no one there yet we got seated on the side with a lovely view of the parking lot. Ive been to the other Samba location and it was amazing. Very disappointed, my parents did not enjoy their celebration at all He never smiled, worst attitude I have ever seen in a manager. We asked him to take us a picture and he said that he was busy. Something remarkable was that the manager was very rude with almost every employee and some customers. Attitude from everybody was very bad, poor customer service. Our drinks arrived to the table after 25 minutes, I asked for an spoon several times and no body helped me, I went to servers room and got it for my self. The place was extremely dirty, the restrooms were incredibly and extremely dirty and in a very bad condition (photos attached) salad bar was having almost nothing and it was just 6 PM. Ever since we arrived to the place and they got to know that we were a Groupon reservation, they didn’t treat us nice, we were not the priority for them, maybe because we were a Groupon reservation. I purchased the Groupon deal for this restaurant. Yesterday me and my family went to celebrate the 40th wedding anniversary of my parents. Worst experience ever on one of The worst restaurants I have ever visited. Remember they tried to get away with not serving us filet mignon. The meat was pepper steak/lamb/flat meat aka carne asada. Please see picture below the middle strip of food is all Chicken drumsticks/wings/thighs. We will never attend again and you should not either. Our bill was $166 for a dinner we did not eat and the manager did not care. Like, really? He later agreed to charge us just for 2 $120. We were not willing to wait another 39 minutes the manager then told my husband either we pay him $180 or he calls the cops. He offered a new order with hot meats this time. The manager refused he said thats not how it works he explained to us the process he said we complaint and he fixes the issue but we have to pay the $180. My husband told him he was willing to pay for this plate $60 but he did not want the all you can eat meats priced at ($60 per person) it was three of us. We were expecting the traditional Brazilian meats brought out warm and cut to your liking at your table. My husband was super upset and spoke to the manager, he explained his experience and that he did not want to eat the meats brought to us on a cutting board and will not eat cold meats. We asked were was the filet mignon and the server said oh sorry we forgot to add that to your board. We were not asked what type of meat we wanted they bring you what they want (mostly chicken wings and weenies not sausage). They brought the meats out on a wooden cutting board. First off we waited about 39 minutes for our meats and when we did receive our meats they were cold. If they can fix that they would have a fine establishment on their hands. It reeked of sewage and the floors were literally stained from folks using the mens room. So much so I felt a weird squishy feeling under my feet. Theres also an outside patio of sorts where you can get a better view and enjoy your meal with an ocean wind breeze. #Samba brazilian steakhouse dancers windows#This location overlooked the ocean and had windows wrapped around the whole building so you can get a good look outside. But again, considering its price, its not all that. Yes the meat is delicious and tender with a wide variety of different cuts to select from. However, for the price, this place isnt as good as I thought I was going to be. They were extremely nice and continuously asked if we needed anything and kept offering us more food or sauce. It was early in the second half, after all, and the score was still 0-0.The workers here are the best. Once back inside, Cunha and Best concluded their gig, but the Brazilian Carnival band was just warming up, so Renata Santos took the floor, her samba dance concealing what she felt inside. The teams played through a scoreless first half in South Africa, but on South Beach, that served as the mere appetizer for the main event: the halftime samba dancers.ĭrummers cranked up the volume and dancers Sassa Cunha and Maria Best led a parade that snaked through the restaurant and onto the Lincoln Road Mall outside as onlookers wondered what the heck was happening. South Florida has SushiSamba, a Brazilian restaurant on Lincoln Road where the commentary stands as little chance of being heard (over the samba drums) as the North Koreans had of beating Brazil. South Africa has its vuvuzelas, the omnipresent horns. They showed a World Cup match with Portuguese commentary on Tuesday. #Samba brazilian steakhouse dancers series#(Second in a series looking at local reaction to the World Cup.)
